2D Artist (Creatives)

- Creation of 2D graphics for advertising creatives and preparation for animation (characters, locations, emotions and poses, creation of plot illustrations, etc.);
- Creation of promotional materials for mobile stores (icons, screenshots, etc.);
- Creation and rendering of game interfaces, UI elements, drawing icons, buttons and other graphic content;
- Direct participation in the development of graphic content for game programs (concepts, environment, characters, sketches).
Qualifications:
- At least a year of experience in the CG field;
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop;
- Ability to draw by hand and on a graphics tablet;
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles - colors, perspectives, anatomy;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode.

- Full cycle of mobile traffic purchasing: launching of advertising campaigns, traffic optimization and scaling;
- Maintaining communication with traffic purchase partners;
- Work with creatives designers: A/B testing and optimization;
- Evaluation of new channels: conduct of test launches and analysis of results;
- Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of experience in the game development industry as a UA manager;
- Experience with two or more channels (Google Ads, Unity, AppLovin, Facebook, IronSource);
- Analytical mindset, excellent knowledge of mathematics;
- Willingness to work with a large amount of data and numbers;
- Knowledge of English at intermediate level and above.

- Integration of art content into Unity3D (game models with textures, animations, etc.);
- Creation of effects/shaders;
- UI integration;
- Working with lighting / shadows in game locations;
- Art content optimization;
- Work with asset packs from Unity3D.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience on Technical Artist (Unity) position;
- Experience in integrating of a variety of art content;
- Experience in creating shaders/effects and setting up light in game locations;
- Optimization experience;
- Experience with URP;
- Basic understanding of C#.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Jira, SVN, Git;
- Ability to work with the particle system;
- Animation mixing experience.
